1. About Dubai Money Plan

Dubai Money Plan is a digital financial information service operated by Jon Evans, Essex, UK. The service generates a personalised financial assessment based on answers provided by the user to a structured quiz about their UK income, savings, and Dubai relocation situation.

The report produced is intended as an informational starting point only. It is designed to help users understand potential financial implications of relocating from the UK to Dubai. It does not replace professional advice.

2. Not professional advice

Nothing in the Dubai Money Plan report, quiz output, or any communication from Dubai Money Plan constitutes:

Regulated financial advice under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000
Tax advice, including advice on UK income tax, Capital Gains Tax, or HMRC filings
Legal advice of any kind
Pension advice or a personal pension recommendation
Immigration or visa advice

Before making any significant financial, tax, pension, property, or legal decisions related to a move abroad, users should seek advice from qualified professionals including FCA-regulated financial advisers, qualified accountants, and immigration consultants.

3. Accuracy of report outputs

Report outputs are generated from information provided by the user and apply general assumptions about costs, exchange rates, and HMRC rates as at 2025/26. Results are estimates only.

Dubai Money Plan does not guarantee:

That any specific savings, income, or cost figures will be achieved
That the report reflects the user's exact personal tax position
That exchange rates, HMRC thresholds, or cost of living figures in the report will remain accurate over time
That any specific employer offer, relocation package, or visa outcome will occur

Results depend entirely on the accuracy of the information the user provides. Dubai Money Plan accepts no liability for outputs generated from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading user inputs.

4. User responsibilities

By using this service, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete answers to the quiz questions
Use the report for personal informational purposes only
Not reproduce, resell, or distribute your report or any part of the Dubai Money Plan service
Read the disclaimer section of the report before acting on any content

5. Payment and delivery

The free report is available immediately after completing the quiz. The premium report (£19 one-time payment) is delivered by email to the address provided at checkout after payment is confirmed.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Dubai Money Plan does not store card details. By completing a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Premium report delivery is automated. If your report is not received within 30 minutes of payment, please contact jon@dubaimoneyplan.com with your payment email address.

6. Refunds

We offer a 7-day delivery guarantee. Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary, a full refund is available within 7 days where the premium report fails to generate or is not delivered due to a system error. Refunds are not available for change of mind, accidental purchase, or dissatisfaction with report conclusions.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Dubai Money Plan website, including the quiz questions, report structure, copy, and design, is the intellectual property of Jon Evans / Dubai Money Plan. Your personalised report may be used by you for personal planning purposes. It may not be reproduced, resold, or published.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dubai Money Plan accepts no liability for:

Financial loss arising from reliance on report outputs
Decisions made based on the report without independent professional advice
Any inaccuracy in general figures, thresholds, or assumptions used
Any delay in report delivery caused by third-party systems (email, Stripe, etc.)

This limitation does not affect any rights you have under UK consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the last revision. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
